5. Removal or Disablement of Access

- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or access disabled and inform them of your right to file a counter-notice.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, DelishDiscover will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of copyright infringement and has been removed or had access to their content disabled for infringing material on three or more occasions.
7. No Liability for User-Generated Content
DelishDiscover is not liable for user-generated content posted on the Site. We do not have actual knowledge of the infringement and are not aware of facts or circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent. Upon obtaining proper notification of infringement, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing material.
